Important Notice for Hosts:

These Host Terms & Conditions govern your use of the MySupperClub platform as a Host. By registering as a Host, you agree to comply with all terms outlined below.

INTRODUCTION

These Host Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between MySupperClub,

operated by: A3S TRUVIBEPRIVATE LIMITED ("Company", "we", "our", "us")

and any individual or entity registering as a Host ("Host", "you", "your") on the MySupperClub platform (the "Platform"), which includes the website, mobile site, and mobile application.

By registering as a Host or listing an Experience on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not register or use the Platform as a Host.

1. DEFINITIONS

For the purpose of these Terms:

  • Host: Any individual or entity offering a dining experience, supper club, event, or related service via the Platform.
  • Guest: Any individual who books, attends, or participates in an Experience listed on the Platform.
  • Experience: Any dining event, supper club, tasting, curated event, workshop, or activity listed by a Host through the Platform.
  • Service Fee: Any fee charged by MySupperClub for use of the Platform, separate from Host payouts.
  • Content: Text, images, videos, menus, reviews, and any material uploaded or provided by the Host.
  • Host Contract: A separate legally binding agreement between MySupperClub and the Host that governs payouts, commissions, and financial terms.

2. ROLE OF MYSUPPERCLUB

2.1 MySupperClub is an intermediary platform that connects Hosts and Guests.

2.2 We do not own, operate, or manage any venue or kitchen.

2.3 We do not prepare, handle, or monitor food or beverages.

2.4 Hosts are fully responsible for:

  • Food quality, hygiene, and preparation
  • Venue safety and compliance
  • Guest safety during the Experience
  • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

2.5 MySupperClub is not liable for any act, omission, negligence, or misconduct of the Host.

3. ELIGIBILITY

3.1 Hosts must be 18 years or older.

3.2 Hosts must have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indian law.

3.3 Hosts offering paid food events are solely responsible for obtaining applicable permits (e.g., FSSAI, fire safety compliance, venue permits).

3.4 MySupperClub may verify Host identity, address, and venue details.

3.5 Hosts must maintain adequate insurance coverage for their activities.

4. HOST ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & KYC

4.1 Hosts must provide accurate and complete information during registration, including:

  • Government ID proof (Aadhaar, PAN, etc.)
  • Address proof
  • Bank details for payouts
  • Venue photos and details
  • Menu details and pricing
  • Contact information

4.2 FSSAI registration may be submitted later but must be provided once available for commercial food operations.

4.3 Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information may result in immediate suspension or termination of your Host account.

4.4 Hosts must keep their account information updated and notify us of any changes.

5. LISTING EXPERIENCES

5.1 Hosts must provide accurate descriptions, photos, pricing, and availability for all Experiences.

5.2 Content must be original and must not violate copyright or intellectual property laws.

5.3 Hosts grant MySupperClub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use their content for marketing and operational purposes.

5.4 Hosts offering restaurant-based curated events must ensure the venue is legally compliant with all local regulations.

5.5 Experiences must not involve illegal activities, dangerous practices, or content that violates our community guidelines.

6. BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

6.1 All payments must be collected exclusively by MySupperClub through the Platform.

6.2 Hosts are strictly prohibited from accepting:

  • Cash payments from Guests
  • Direct UPI payments outside the Platform
  • Bank transfers from Guests
  • Offline bookings or reservations
  • Any form of direct payment

6.3 Payment terms, commission structures, and payout timelines will be governed by the separate Host Contract and not by these Terms.

6.4 MySupperClub acts as a limited payment collection agent for the Host.

6.5 Hosts are responsible for all taxes related to their earnings from the Platform.

7. PLATFORM BYPASS PROHIBITION

7.1 Hosts must not engage in any activity intended to bypass the Platform. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Accepting direct bookings from Guests met through the Platform
  • Sharing personal contact details with Guests before the event for direct communication
  • Directing Guests to pay outside the Platform
  • Encouraging Guests to book future events directly
  • Soliciting Guests for other business opportunities

7.2 Violations may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of the Host account
  • Cancellation or freezing of pending payouts
  • Permanent termination from the Platform
  • Legal action and recovery of damages
  • Liability for lost commissions and platform fees

7.3 This provision survives termination of these Terms.

8. HOST CANCELLATIONS

8.1 Hosts should avoid cancellations as they negatively impact Guest experience and platform reliability.

8.2 If cancellation is unavoidable, Hosts must provide maximum possible notice.

8.3 Consequences of Host cancellations:

  • Automatic full refund to Guests or platform credits
  • Potential removal of Experience listing from search results
  • Negative impact on Host rating and visibility
  • Possible temporary suspension for frequent cancellations

8.4 Valid reasons for cancellation include emergencies, illness, or circumstances beyond Host's control.

9. FOOD SAFETY & HYGIENE

9.1 Hosts are solely responsible for food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.

9.2 Hosts must maintain:

  • Clean and sanitary cooking environments
  • Proper food storage and handling practices
  • Appropriate food temperatures
  • Allergen awareness and disclosure
  • Personal hygiene and cleanliness

9.3 Hosts must accurately disclose ingredients and potential allergens in their listings.

9.4 MySupperClub does not inspect or certify Host kitchens or food preparation practices.

10. GUEST INTERACTIONS

10.1 Hosts must treat all Guests with respect and professionalism.

10.2 Hosts are responsible for maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.

10.3 Hosts must:

  • Clearly communicate event details and expectations
  • Provide accurate venue information and directions
  • Be available to address Guest concerns during events
  • Maintain appropriate boundaries with Guests

10.4 Hosts may set reasonable house rules for their venues.
